HOW TO REPORT BAD BOLTS

We are proud to partner with badbolts.com
to Report and catalog bad bolts

HOW TO REPORT BAD BOLTS

If you see something say something! Badbolts.com is the preferred place to report bad bolts or other route issues in the RRG. Help rebolters and developers identify issues with fixed hardware.

When you report: Please be a specific as possible, a picture says a thousand words, so please include one in your report if possible. If the issue poses a serious safety risk, consider informing community members via the route's online guidebook page, the RRG Climbing group on facebook, or by sending RRG FGI an email.

REPORTING BAD PERMADRAWS

Worn or sharp mank should be removed if at all possible.  (ie permardraws, slings, abandoned sport draws)  DO NOT replace it with aluminum, just pull it.  If you can't remove it, the best option is to go to the online guide and add a note under the comment section of the route.
